And Jessica Perreca is the mastermind behind this dish. Nacho momma. Not mine either.

As soon as it hit my inbox, I sent it to Dave Benjamin of The Hungry Dudes who whipped up four of these darlings to sample at G-Fresh.

The crowd. Went. Wild.

One of our Team Members grabbed a small slice on her way out to lunch. After taking one bite, she quickly returned with her lunch buddy. Nacho momma or anyone else could trump this meal.

A melody of flavors explode across the tongue with every bite as your teeth crush into each layer in a symphony of flavor.

I don’t care who’s pie this is, it’s delicious.

Ingredients

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake pie crusts following package directions, but cutting the bake time in half.

In a large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until evenly brown; drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning, onion, and jalapenos. Cook to package instructions.

Place half the black beans in each pie shell, covering the bottom of the partially baked shells. Spread a layer of ground meat over the beans, and top with Margarittaville Con Queso in Paradise, shredded cheese, and crushed tortilla chips.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown, and the cheese is bubbly. Top with a layer of guacamole and then a layer of salsa. Drizzle with more Margarittaville Con Queso to finish.
