The Hungry Dudes Spinach Artichoke Dip Featuring Garden Fresh

Dude, Where’s Our Spinach Dip?

Dave Benjamin of The Hungry Dudes picked up a container of Garden Fresh’s Artichoke Spinach & 4 Cheese Dip the other day. He smirked as he placed the sultry snack inside his goody bag. His gaze drifted as he began crafting a delicious recipe within the confines of his culinary mind. You could almost see the thought cloud hovering above his head.

Several seconds passed as I stared in astonishment.

Dave?

The Hungry Dude snapped back to attention. He began to unfold the mechanics of the recipe before me as I held onto every word.

Waterchestnuts? Extra spinach? More artichoke hearts? Bake it in the oven? And bam?

Mama mia!

A couple days later he returned…

With the long awaited dish. Gulp.

Dave’s Creation

The smell of the Spinach Artichoke dip beckoned everyone from within their offices. They spilled around the dish, taking in the intoxicating aroma. The serving spoon came out and the dip had no chance.

It was gone in 60 seconds.

Everyone enjoyed the crunch the water chestnuts add to the dip, the meatiness of the artichokes and the subtle flavor of the spinach. They came back with pen and paper, furiously recording the recipe.
